Navigate through the various sections of
Erotic Review Books's catalogue by clicking on the large bold
links at the top of each page, when you will be directed to that
section's "homepage"
Each book in the ER Books online catalogue
is described on its own page, together with its prices and specifications,
and a selection of images from the book. Clicking on any of the
pictures brings up a popup window with the high resolution image
(try it with the picture below. NB: You will need javascript to
be turned on in your browser for this to work).
Adding products to your Basket
Most of the books and portfolios published
by Erotic Review Books are also available in Collector's and de
Luxe editions. If you would like to purchase a book, click on
the relevant button for the edition you want (eg.
, ,
)
in the "Add to Shopping Basket" box located on each
page. This deposits a cookie in your browser and takes you on
to a page where you can view your order. You can continue browsing
the site by clicking the "return to previous page" button,
or by clicking any of the navigation links at the top of the page.
You can see what you have ordered at any time by clicking the
"My Orders" button at the top of the page. If you want
to change quantities or even delete any items, you can do so here.
Placing your order
When you have finished browsing and want
to order your books, simply click the "Check Out" button
at the top of the page.
The page you will now see contains the details
of all the products you have ordered. If you want to change your
order, you can do so on this page. In order for us to calculate
your postage costs, simply tell us where the books will be sent,
and then click the
button.
Payment
You will now be taken onto the secure payment
page, where the full details, including the postal rates, of your
order will be listed. Enter your name, address and credit card
details on this page. If you would like a confirmation of your
order sent to your email address, you can request it here.
If you prefer not to send your credit card
details over the internet, you can fill it out and fax this page
to us instead - the number is listed on the page. Alternatively,
you can telephone your order to our number 0871 7110 134.
Finally, click the
button, and your order will be transferred over a secure encrypted
connection. We deliver most orders within 3 business days of receipt.
However in case of stock or other issues we ask you to allow 28
days for delivery in Britain, and 35 days for Mainland Europe,
US overseas.
Exchange Rates
Currently we only charge in £Sterling.
Since we do not make the charge in dollars, we cannot definitively
list prices in foreign currencies as, when your credit card company
charges your card, the final amounts would be different.
However, on any "product" page
you can click the "Currency
Options" link above the shopping cart on the middle left
of the page you will be able to display estimates of our prices
in your local currency - we update the exchange rates on a regular
basis. Also, on the checkout page
there is a currency converter link: once you have added the titles
you require to your cart, by clicking the link you can get an
estimate of today's exchange rates. Once again, though, the rate
that will be used is calculated by your credit card company, not
us.
